What BuildScan is and who it is for
BuildScan is a private technical property inspection service. We check the condition of an apartment, house or commercial space visually, non-invasively and non-destructively, and turn the findings into a digital report with located photos, a description of the observed defects and recommendations.
It is for buyers who want a documented picture of the visible condition, owners taking over a new property from a developer, sellers, investors and anyone documenting a property's condition at handover or take-over. The report is delivered within the deadline confirmed at order confirmation.
The services are not an authorised technical expert assessment, an official handover/reception, a design review, site supervision, authorised cadastral documentation or a legal certificate of conformity.
We have local coverage in Sibiu and Iași; elsewhere in Romania we work with an inspector travelling to site, depending on availability and distance.
