How a BuildScan inspection is carried out
You know in advance what we check, which modules are included, what access is needed at the property and when you receive the report.
3 steps from request to report
A simple and transparent process. The report is delivered within the timeframe confirmed with the client after the visit and after payment confirmation.
Discussion and scheduling
Reach us by phone, WhatsApp or contact form. We discuss the property, recommend the right service (property technical inspection, defect analysis and documentation, or handover documentation) and agree on a visit date. We come back with the recommended option, the quote and the scheduling conditions.
Visit and data collection
Our team arrives on site with all required equipment and collects all data in a single visit: measurements, photos and technical findings. No invasive intervention and no changes to the property.
Report and delivery
We analyse the data, structure the technical report with photos, severity classification and recommendations, then deliver it in digital format (PDF and web link) within the timeframe confirmed with the client after the visit and after full payment confirmation.
What the report includes
The report is delivered as a PDF and as a web link. It contains photographs located by area and room, descriptions of defects and technical findings, the measurements taken and practical recommendations, depending on the service and variant chosen.
We do not deliver DWG files. The report is delivered within the timeframe communicated when the order is confirmed, after the site visit and after full payment is confirmed.
Note on delivery and payment
The full property inspection report, with photos, measurements and recommendations, is delivered as PDF and web link within the timeframe confirmed at order confirmation, after the site visit and after confirmation of full payment of the agreed price.
The on-site inspection of the apartment, house or commercial space can be carried out and processed before payment. Delivery of the final complete technical report happens after payment confirmation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash, based on the issued invoice. We do not deliver DWG files: all deliverables are digital (PDF and web link).
